Ulf Ekberg, a founding member of the renowned Swedish pop group Ace of Base in the 1990s, brings substantial experience and expertise to Stoic Foundation as a new Governor. After his music career, Ulf became a pioneer in sustainable impact investing and clean tech over 25 years ago. Since 2001, he has focused on sustainable impact investments, actively contributing to the environmental sector through board positions with organizations like the Amazonian Fund Alliance. As a co-founder of Abeloo, Ulf collaborates with major companies on carbon credits and forest projects that empower sustainability through an innovative zero-emission carbon index.
Beyond his sustainability work, Ulf has achieved global recognition as an artist, producer and songwriter. He has also made significant contributions to the TV and film production industry. More recently, Ulf has played a vital role in supporting over 300 tech startups, including as part owner of Epicenter, Europe's fastest growing tech innovation hub.
With his outstanding achievements, entrepreneurial drive and dedication to sustainability, Ulf Ekberg adds valuable insights and contributions to Stoic Foundation as we continue making a positive impact on society and the environment.
