MANUELA MANGIAGALLI
Manuela is a seasoned executive with a career spanning across investment banking, Treasury & Restructuring, Finance, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Corporate Social Responsibility and Governance. She held Chief Operations Officer & Group Finance Director roles at UnipolRe & Parmalat (post-bankruptcy leadership), and was also Head of Debt Management at Unipol Gruppo Finanziario. She has the experience and acumen to drive large scale corporate organisations. Manuela (dip. IOD) holds a degree from Bocconi University across Economics & Social Sciences. Completed the Global Strategy Programme at Harvard Business School and AI for Business from MIT.

ERIC TSOI
Eric Tsoi founded Goldsun in 1999, growing it into a leading design and manufacturer of outdoor gear and sustainable energy solutions. With decades of experience spearheading projects across renewables, eco-friendly manufacturing, social impact, and AI data analytics, he is a passionate advocate for leveraging business to drive positive change. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical Engineering & Applied Mechanics BE (MEAM) from University of Pennsylvania.

SIMON WIGZELL
Simon has over 30 years of reinsurance experience. After beginning his career at Barclays Bank International Ltd, he assumed various underwriting roles in the London Market. At Lloyd's of London he was Treaty Underwriter for international business. Simon then managed the reinsurance captive of Fondiaria Sai Group, responsible for product design and innovation, before becoming Chief Underwriting Officer at UnipolRe. He played an instrumental role in building a €250M book of business within 5 years. Simon is passionate about leveraging product design and innovation to generate business growth.

Anthony Huang has over 30 years of experience in the investment and advisory industries. He is currently a Member of Huang Global and the founder of Synoco Asia Pacific, established in 1993. This company has provided strategic marketing services for many Fortune 500 companies on a global level, creating brand presence and ownership while also developing and protecting their brand equity. Tanxin Capital, founded in 2014, was created to facilitate Asian outbound and inbound investments. As an entrepreneur and angel investor, he has a strong presence in the public and private sectors. Bringing both analytic and investment skills, he is a consummate “Private Diplomat” with an extensive network of current and ex- presidents, high-level ministerial contacts, Chairpersons, and CEOs of large multinationals. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering BSc (Eng)(Hons) from City, University of London.

CHRISTOPHER L.BORGHI
Christopher Borghi ideated and raised funds to create VC4Climate. He is leading the afforestation rewilding and mangrove programmes. He is also responsible for the verification and quality control of projects. Chris previously worked on pre-financing and structuring multiyear sales contracts and to fund forestry projects in Brazil. He was instrumental in the management and successful divestment of our stake in a European carbon credit company. Chris began his career as an investment analyst for a cryptocurrency startup and later at Open Funds, a hedge fund distributor based in Zurich. He holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Economics from the University of Nottingham.

Alex Fong is currently a co-founder and Partner in Ameyethon, a growth accelerator. Alex has previously held senior positions in MNCs like Intel, Philips, Lenovo, and Nortel and works with startups including Savaje, Phitek, and Global Key. He is very hands on with the latest technologies and is an active mentor and contributor to the Asia startup ecosystem. Leveraging his extensive network of business contacts, and his own diverse background in various tech fields, Alex has helped many businesses establish and grow their tech businesses. He holds a BSc from Univserity of Ottawa & MBA from University of Western Ontario.

BEN SWAINBANK
Ben Swainbank is a tech startup veteran with decades of leadership, technology development, and project management experience within the climate, telemedicine, insurance, and e-commerce industries. He has founded multiple ventures including the Appleseed Initiative, Coastal Carbon Solutions, and Oceanid MRV. Ben is a recognized leader in CDR MRV methodology and systems development. His pioneering work has given him a critical perspective on the nascent and rapidly evolving CDR industry, working at the vital intersection of commercial project development, carbon markets, and scientific research.

STEFANO A.M.BORGHI
Stefano Borghi founded VC4Climate, having generated a pipeline of tens of millions of carbon credits from afforestation, mangrove, cookstove and REDD+ worldwide. He is developing carbon streaming projects for corporations in Europe and Latin America. He was instrumental in launching the first carbon market company in Italy (CCC). Previously, he spent 20 years in senior positions with BP, Cable & Wireless and Nokia and 17 years in private equity. He built Nokia in Italy from scratch to a 100 million turnover becoming the largest branch outside of Finland. He created and managed Convergenza Sca, a private equity fund performing in the top decile and returning on average 8 times. He listed companies on the LSE. He holds a Doctoral Degree in Econometrics from Bocconi University and an M.Sc.E from the London School of Economics.

Eric Byron is a technologist, entrepreneur, and investor who has over 20 years of experience in tech leadership in companies including Disney and Electronic Arts. Currently, Eric is a Partner in Ameyethon, a growth accelerator in Hong Kong, working with startups. Eric is an expert in Agile Software Development and Project Management. He also hosts and produces 2 popular podcasts. He holds a MSc in Computer Information Systems from University of Phoenix.
